The Cobblestone

Welcome to the Absarokee Cobblestone Community Center!

The Cobblestone School, recently dubbed The Cobb. is a community center serving Absarokee and the surrounding area. The Cobblestone Preservation Committee (CPC) is the governing board with members serving three-year terms (renewable up to three terms). Board members, officers, and a whole host of volunteers work hard to provide a welcoming, comfortable, and up-to-date facility for a wide range of uses in our community. Various groups and individuals rent space for weddings, receptions, art and religious retreats, theater productions, musical events, educational speakers, dances, parties, and meetings ranging from a few folks to 100 or more. The building includes a full kitchen facility, available for rent as well.

Our ongoing activities include quilting, crafting, pickleball, martial arts, and morning aerobics. For a modest fee, the public is welcome to join in. Rental space is almost always available. Special fund-raising events during the year include the Farmers Market, at least one Quilt Show, and our Holiday Bazaar.

Take a look at the gallery of pictures capturing some of the many activities that have taken place here over the years. Check out room rental rates, and give our building manager a call, send us an email, or use this website to reserve a space for your group. We are happy to arrange tours as well.
