Entire Building

If you want to eliminate other renters during the period of your use, this may be possible with enough notice (weekends are easiest). Rental fees are:

  • Entire building with prior evening for decorating and/or set-up: $200 for all day
  • Entire building with no prior day use (available 8 am to 12 midnight): $180 for all day

Equipment Availability: Use of tables, chairs and coffee pots are included in the room rental fee. A small public address system is available for an additional $10 fee. Wireless internet access is available for $25 – please ask in advance for password. If you are renting the kitchen, food preparation equipment and utensils are limited, so be sure to check what is available for your needs. With the exception of a gas range, oven and refrigerators, professional caterers are asked to use their own equipment and utensils. Please leave equipment and utensils clean and just as you found them. No equipment, dishes, utensils, etc are to be taken out of the building.

Building is also equipped with a handicapped lift. Please let us know if you will be needing to use the lift so we may provide you with instructions on how to operate it.

River Rock Room

Approximately 25’x 30′ room in the basement equipped with tables, chairs and sink. Great place for parties and/or meetings. Excellent for crafts or art classes for all ages. Food and soft drinks are permitted.

  • Can be rented for regularly scheduled classes, craft sessions or meetings
  • Up to 4 hours: $30 one time, $25 for 5 or more times per year; 4-8 hours: $45

Game Room

Approximately 25’x 30′ room in the basement equipped with pool table, ping pong table, foos ball, and air hockey. Great place to host a children’s party with or without use of the kitchen across the hall and/or the River Rock Room next door. Food and soft drinks are permitted.

  • Up to 4 hours: $30 one time, $25 for 5 or more times per year; 4-8 hours: $45

Kitchen

If you are renting the kitchen, food preparation equipment and utensils are limited, so be sure to check what is available for your needs.   • 0-2 hours: $55

Rosebud Room

Approximately 25’x 30′ room with hardwood floor used primarily for dance/aerobic classes. Can accommodate smaller groups of up to 20 where open space is required. No furniture, but folding tables/chairs can be moved from storage. Food and drink is permitted.

  • Regularly scheduled classes can rent for $15 per hour
  • Up to 4 hours: $30 one time, $25 for 5 or more times per year; 4-8 hours: $45

Great Room

Approximately 30’x 75′ open space which can accommodate up to 100-120 people. It offers hardwood floors, high ceilings, a small serving area with sink, folding tables and chairs for 80, as well as a stage. Uses include wedding receptions, bridal showers, organizational meetings, presentations, reunions, flea markets, plays and birthday parties. It can also be rented for regularly scheduled classes at $15 per hour. No alcoholic beverages are allowed here or on any school property premises.

  • Up to 4 hours, No food (coffee, water and soda is allowed): $60 one time; 4-8 hours: $85
  • Up to 4 hours, Food brought in (kitchen for clean-up only): $70 one time; 4-8 hours: $120

Caution: If you plan on feeding more than 120 people at a reception, our experience has shown that you should set up your buffet in the Rosebud Room across the hall. If you want to decorate or set up in advance of an event, please make specific arrangements, as the room needs to be reserved for this use also. Granite Peak Room

Carpeted 25’x 30′ room which can accommodate up to 25 people comfortably and is equipped with log furniture, tables, chairs, blackboards and an audio-visual screen. Great for small meetings and presentations. Snacks/coffee/soda are allowed – no red punch or other drinks that might stain the carpet.

  • Up to 4 hours: $30 one time, $25 for 5 or more times per year; 4-8 hours: $45

You are responsible for all clean-up and removal of garbage after your event.
